Lead Generation Specialist / Sales Executive

🎯 Role Purpose

To generate new business opportunities and fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads through high-volume structured prospecting and a target-driven conversion approach aligned with the company’s sales strategy.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls daily to targeted prospects
  • Convert raw leads into qualified sales opportunities
  • Conduct initial discovery to assess lead fit
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Sales & BDE teams
  • Follow structured multi-touch outreach sequences:
    • Calls (primary focus)
    • Emails sequences (Apollo)
    • LinkedIn outreach
    • WhatsApp Business follow-ups
  • Maintain full accuracy in Odoo CRM pipeline & data fields
  • Participate in online or onsite customer visits when needed
  • Submit weekly reports on activity, results & funnel metrics
  • Own the first 3 funnel stages until handover:
    Lead → Qualified → Meeting → Opportunity

👤 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred Business/IT/Marketing)
  • 1–3 years in Telesales / Lead Generation
